摘 要:近年来,随着交通、运输业的迅速发展,各种损伤,包括颅脑损伤的发生率也在逐年上升,因而对颅脑损伤的发生机制、预防保护措施、诊断及治疗都提出了更高的要求。有限元法利用数学近似的方法对真实物理系统进行模拟,利用有限数量的简单而又相互作用的单元去逼近无限未知量的真实系统,是一种比较先进的生物力学研究方法,是对人体体外实验模型的有益补充,因此必须建立有效的颅脑有限元模型。随着研究的进一步深入,所建模型外观上越来越接近正常解剖形态,节点数、单元数越来越多,包含的组织结构越来越复杂,有效性逐渐得到验证。In recent years, with the rapid development of traffic, transportation, the incidence of all kinds of damages,including craniocerebral injury is rising year by year, so higher requirements for the occurrence mechanism,craniocerebral injury prevention, diagnosis and treatment are put forward. The finite element method of mathematical approximations to simulate the real physical system, using a limited numher of simple and interaction of units to approximate the infinite unknown quantity, is a more advanced biomechanical research method,a good supplement to the human body model in vitro, therefore, an effective finite element model must be established. Along with the further research, the appearance of the model is getting more and more closer to normal anatomical form, node number, unit number are becoming more and more, and the included structure is more and more complicated, and the the effectiveness will gradually be verified.
