摘　　要：脊柱手术部位感染作为脊柱术后常见的并发症,其危害严重。该文通过探讨脊柱术后手术部位感染的流行病学、病因、诊断、预防和治疗,指出脊柱手术围术期存在较多感染的危险因素,以利于加强手术前后的综合预防措施,减少发生率。对已发生感染者应结合相关临床症状和辅助检查尽快诊断,并选择安全、有效的治疗方案,将不良后果降到最低。Abstract ：Surgic＇,d site infection as a common complication after spine surgery is harmful seriously. Through investigating its epidemiology, etiology, diagnosis, prevention and treatment,here is to point out the multiple surgical site infection risks before, during and after the spinal suirgery, to strengthen preventive measures before and after spine surgery to reduce the incidence. The diagnosis of infection comhined with clinical symptoms and auxiliary examinations should be done as soon as possible, and safe and effective treatment shouhl be chosen to minimize adverse consequences.
