96例血细胞分析仪检测血小板计数假性减少原因分析与纠正

摘　　要：目的分析使用血细胞分析仪检测血小板计数出现假性减少的原因及纠正方法。方法选取2012年1月至11月在天坛医院门诊就诊或住院的96例采用血细胞分析仪检测血小板计数出现假性减少的患者作为研究对象,根据实验室的复检标准进行复检,分析假性减少的原因及其纠正方法。结果 96例血小板假性减少样本中,57例属于乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)依赖性,28例属于大血小板现象,6例由冷凝集素引起,1例属于血小板卫星现象,其他4例无明显原因。结论血细胞分析仪计数血小板可能存在假性现象,尤其是假性减少,引起假性减少因素包括EDTA依赖、大血小板、冷凝集素、血小板卫星及其他,因根据情况分析原因并及时纠正。Objective To analyze results and correction of pseudothrombocytopenia with tdood cell analyzer. Methods Selecting 96 pseudothromboeytopenia patients from Tiantan Hospital during January and November of 2012, and the samples were re-examined according to the laboratory re-examination standards,and then the reasons were analyzed and the correction methods were found out. Results After re-examination,among 96 cases of pseudothromboeytopenia, 57 cases were EDTA-dependent, 28 cases behmged to the phenomenon of large platelets,6 eases were caused by cold agglutinin, 1 case was platelet satellite phenomenon,the other 4 cases had no apparent reason. Conclusion Hematology analyzer counting the platelet may have false results,especially pseudothrombocytopenia,the resasons of pseudothrombocytopenia include EDTA dependent,large platelet,platelet cold agglutinin, platelet satellite and so on, the reasons should be analyzed and timely corrections should be done.
