摘　　要：随着网络信息技术的迅猛发展,企业对业务流程技术的应用趋于广泛,这使得企业对业务流程参考模型的要求逐步提高,验证参考模型结构化的准确性是全面提高业务流程模型质量的核心。本文基于事件驱动链模型,以大型单件小批制造企业物资管理系统业务流程参考模型为研究对象,验证其可行性,并给予优化方案,将实践模型与理论验证方法相结合,得到更具有合理性的参考模型。With the rapid development of network IT, enterprise applications for business processes technology tends to be widely .This makes the increasing requirements of the business process reference model, so verify the accuracy of the reference model structure is comprehensively improve the quality of the core of the business process model. This paper based on the event-driven chain model and large-scale, single-piece and small batches manufacturing enterprise materials management system business process reference model for the study, verify its feasibility and give the optimization program. At the same time, practice model combined with theoretical validation method and get more rationality reference model.
