摘 要:甲醇氧化羰基化是合成碳酸二甲酯的重要方法,也是重要的煤炭清洁利用途径之一,近年来获得较大发展。本文详细阐述了该工艺过程中有关催化剂的国内外研究现状及发展趋势,并根据载体的结构特征,按照分子筛载体、活性炭载体和其它载体,将铜基催化剂分为三类,综合论述了合成催化剂的制备技术,表面微观结构和特征、催化性能以及催化机理等方面的最新研究进展。通过深入分析和比较,认为分子筛和活性炭为载体制备的负载无氯铜基催化剂,不仅具有较好的催化活性和稳定性,而且避免了以前CuCl/CuCl2为活性组分催化剂中Cl离子对催化剂活性和稳定性的影响,以及对设备造成的腐蚀,具有较好的发展前景。In past few years,methanol oxidative carbonylation is an important method for the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate (DMC),becomes one of the most important approaches for clean coal utilization,and has got a significant development. In this paper,according to its supporters,the supported copper-based catalysts are divided to three categories:molecular sieve supporters,activated carbon supporters and other supporters. Their research progress is fully reviewed,including research advances in catalyst for synthesis technology,the feature and microstructure of surface,the catalytic performance and catalysis mechanism. Through in-depth analysis and comparison,it’s concluded that chlorine-free copper-based catalysts with zeolite or actived carbon as supporter are prospective in future,because of its high catalytic activity,high stability and no Cl? in the active component of CuCl/CuCl2 catalysts,which avoid the harmful HCl production in the reaction processes.
