摘 要:目的研究不同干燥方法对当归质量的影响。方法将鲜当归分别采用热风和传统熏干2种方法进行干燥,采用性状、薄层色谱进行定性鉴别,以挥发油、阿魏酸、醇溶性浸出物的含量为观察指标,按照2010版《中国药典》的方法,分别测定其有效成分的含量。结果不同干燥方法对当归挥发油、阿魏酸的含量存在一定差异,醇溶性浸出物的差异不明显。综合评价热风干燥优于传统熏干法。结论当归的产地加工干燥以热风干燥为佳,既降低劳动强度、节省干燥时间,又可减少有效成分含量的损失。Objective To study the effects of different drying methods on the quality of Angelica Sinensis. Methods The fresh Angelica Sinensis was respectively used traditional smoked drying and hot air drying methods to dry, and adopted appearance, TLC (thin layer chromatography)to identify qualitatively, with volatile oil, the content of ferulic acid, the leaching alcohol-soluble extract content as observation index. According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 version ,the content of effective components were determined. Results Different drying methods processed Angelica Sinensis, the volatile oil and the content of ferulie acid existed certain difference,but the difference of the leaching alcohol-soluble extract content wasn't obvious. Hot air drying was superior to the traditional smoked drying. Conclusion Angelica Sinensis origin drying process is better use the method of hot air drying, which reduces labor intensity, saves drying time, also reduces the loss of effective component content.
