摘 要:目的:对医院不良事件报告的情况进行调查,分析医务人员报告他人和自己医疗不良事件的影响因素。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,对江苏、湖北、浙江三省15家综合医院的326名医生和467名护士进行调查,采用多元logistic回归对报告自己和他人不良事件的影响因素进行分析。结果:医务人员报告自己不良事件的影响因素是性别和是否兼任医院行政管理人员;报告他人不良事件影响因素是是否兼任医院行政管理人员、是否强制报告、科主任是否愿意报告、是否影响被报告人的奖金和职称晋升。结论:提高医务人员对于不良事件的认识,特别是科主任的认知,同时提高医院女性医务人员的报告率,医院内形成无责自愿机制,将对医院不良事件的报告有良好的促进作用。Objective : Investigating the reporting of adverse events in hospitals, to analyze the different influencing factors of the medical ad- verse event reporting for medical staff in reporting ones'own and others adverse events. Methods: Using a self- designed questionnaire, taking 326 doctors and 467 nurses in 15 general hospitals in Jiaugsu, Hubei, Zhejiang, Hubei Province as sample and implying logistic binary logistic re- gression to analyze. Results: The influencing factors of reporting one~ own adverse events were gender and whether individual hospital administra- tors, and the influencing factors of reporting others adverse events were whether the individual hospital administrators, whether mandatory repor- ting, department director unwilling to report, fear of the related people were affected by bonuses and job promotion. Conclusion: Improving the medical staff awareness of the adverse events, especially the director of department, at the same time improving hospital reporting rate of female medical staff, forming a non- punitive voluntary reporting system, will play a good role in promoting hospital adverse events reporting.
