摘  要:目的:应用四种常用的综合评价方法对广西某三甲医院科研绩效进行评价,探讨这些综合评价方法在医院科研绩效评价中的科学性和实用性。方法:选择5个用于评价医院科研绩效的指标,通过专家打分赋予各层指标相应权重,各项指标按照权重系数最低的分指标进行折算,最终采用综合指数法、加权密切值法、加权秩和比法和加权TOPSIS法对该院2007-2012年科研绩效进行综合评价,并计算四种方法的相关程度。结果:四种方法评价结果高度相关,通过计算四种方法评分值的算术均数,得到组合评分值及排序结果,2012年的科研绩效组合评分值为1.080,质量最好;2007年的科研绩效组合评分值为0.034,质量最差。结论:四种评价方法各具特色,都具有一定的客观性和实用性,联合应用更能切合该院科研绩效实际。Objective: To discuss the effect of evaluation on research performance of a upper first - class hospital in Guangxi by four compre- hensive evaluation methods, and to verify the Scientific and practical of those methods. Methods: Five indexes for evaluating the research per- formance were selected, and different weight to each index was endowed. Comprehensive index method, weighted close - value method, weighted RSR and weighted TOPSIS method were applied to evaluate the research performance of that hospital from 2007 to 2012, and measure the degree of correlation among the four methocls. Results: The four comprehensive evaluation methods were high relative. The final sorting results were ob- tained through the combination evaluation. Of the output quality from 2007 to 2012, year 2012 ranked the first, the average was 1. 080 ; and year 2007 ranked the last, the average was 0.034. Conclusion: Those methods differ from one another in the evaluation, all of them had objectivity and practicality, combined use of those methods is more practical and suitable to actual circumstances.
