药物流产后使用复方口服避孕药的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨药物流产后使用复方口服避孕药的临床价值。方法:选取在本院行药物流产的健康妇女200例,随机分为观察组(n=100)与对照组(n=100)(分组征得患者本人的知情同意)。观察组于药物流产后第1天开始口服复方避孕药(优思明),每天1片(每片含屈螺酮3mg和炔雌醇0.03mg),连服21d。两组均于药物流产后开始口服抗生素抗感染与宫缩剂止血(口服7d)。比较两组子宫出血量及出血持续时间、月经恢复情况及再次妊娠率。结果:药物流产后,观察组子宫出血量与对照组相似(P>0.05);子宫出血持续时间、月经周期恢复情况及避孕效果观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:药物流产后使用复方口服避孕药不仅不影响药物流产的效果,而且能有效缩短药物流产后子宫出血持续时间、恢复月经周期,更重要的是还同时起到避孕作用,在减少药物流产后近期及远期并发症方面有重大意义。Objective：To assess the clinical value of using oral contraceptive pills in a short-term effect after medical abortion. Methods：200 cases with early Pregnancies were randomly divided into the observed group（n=100） and the control group （ n=100 ） （Informed consent was obtained from all participants）. The Yasmin （Drospirenone 3mg, ethinylestradio10.03mg）were used at the first day after Abortion in the observed group in the first stage （ 1# qd po, for 21 days）. The antibiotics and uterotonic were used in both groups for 7 days. The following items were observed, （1）The time and amount of bleeding after aborting were recorded. （2）Ultrasonic evaluation was used for the status of uterine at 15th days.（3）The situation of the first menstruation. Results ：The average amount of post-abortion bleeding in the observed group was the same as that in the control group（P〉0.05）.The average bleeding time of the observed group was shorter（P〈0.05）.The status of uterine and menstruation in the observed group were better than that in the control group. Conclusion：Using oral contraceptive after medical abortion is effective and safe, which significantly prompts the reproduction health of women.
