摘　　要：掌握公差带知识、灵活应用公差带图解决实际问题,是工程技术人员必备的基本技能之一。通过对确定加工余量、分析假废品区域和图表跟踪三方面的讨论,简述了公差带图在机械加工工艺规程制定中的重要作用。Good Master and flexible use of the tolerance zone diagram to solve practical problems is one of the basic skills necessary for engineering and technical personnels. The importance of tolerance zone diagram in the formulation of mechanical process specification is described in the paper by discussing the determination of maching allowance, analysis of the false waste region and chart tracking.
