摘  要:目的 :建立箭红气雾剂中丙酸倍氯米松的含量测定方法。方法 :甲醇作溶剂 ,溶解后直接进样。彩LUNAC18分析色谱柱 (4 6mmID× 2 5 0mmL ,粒径 5 μm) ,北京分析仪器厂ODS保护柱 (5mmID× 5 0mmL ,粒径 5 μm)分离测定。柱温 30℃ ,流动相甲醇——— 1%磷酸 (85∶15 ) ,流速 1ml·min-1,检测波长 2 45nm ,进样量 10 μl。结果 :箭红气雾剂中其他成分与丙酸倍氯米松达到基线分离。丙酸氯米松峰保留约为 7min ,丙酸倍氯米松峰与其相领的峰分离度大于 1 5 ,以丙酸倍氯米松峰计算理论板数是 2 838,线性范围 0 6 75 0 μg— 2 475 μg,线性相关系数r =0 998,平均回收率 (n =5 )为 98 3 % ,RSD % ,1 5 %。结论 :本方法操作简便、结果准确 。OBJECTIVE: To develop a method for the determination of Beclometasone Dipropionate concentration in JianHong Aerosol by using HPLC. METHODS: method of HPLC was employed. The sample was solution in methanol. The chromatographic conditions include LUNA C 18 column (4 6mm×250mm, 5μm), column temperature at 30℃, methanol-0 1% phosphoric acid (85∶15) minxure as mobile phase, with detection at 245nm, flow rate 1 0 ml·min -1 . RESULTS: The peak of Beclometasone Dipropionate appeared on 7 minute, resolution was more then 1 5 and number of theoretical plates calculated for Beclometasone Dipropionate peak was 2838. The standard curve of Beclometasone Dipropionate was linear in the concentration range of 0 6750μg~2 475μg, correlation coefficient was 0 9998, the average recovery (n=5) was 98 3%, RSD was 1 5%, CONCLUSION: This method was found to the sensitive, quick and accurate for the determination of Beclometasone Dipropionate in JianHong Aerosol.
