摘  要:目的:为4种治疗妇科疾病常用中草药(当归、艾叶、川芎、益母草)的进一步研究提供参考数据。方法:采用HNO3和HClO4(4+1)消解样品,用火焰原子光谱吸收法测定4种治疗妇科疾病常用中草药(当归、艾叶、川芎、益母草)中Fe、Zn、Mn微量元素的含量。结果:4种治疗妇科疾病中草药中都富含微量元素铁,锌和锰含量较少,其顺序为Fe〉Zn〉Mn。结论:方法回收率在96.0%~106.4%之间,RSD在0.59%~1.8%之间,准确可靠,为4种中草药的进一步研究提供参考数据。Objective: The present study provides scientific evidence for further study of four kinds of Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs for Gynaecology. Methods: The flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was applied to determine the trace elements including Fe, Zn and Mn on the basis of digesting the sample by a concentrated nitric acid and perchloric acid (4:1 V/V) for four kinds of Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs for Gynaecology. Results: The results obtained show that the content of Fe, Zn and Mn are abundant, Sequence of Total amount is Fe〉Zn 〉 Mn. Conclusion:The recoveries were between 96.0 % -106.4 %, Root mean square deviations were between 0.59 % -- 1.8 % , which indicate the method is reliable.
