摘  要:通过分析现有油膜轴承轴系的机械结构组成,结合工程实践介绍轴系装配的安装过程,并对装配过程中可行的装配方式进行了定量比较研究;为准确把握轴系运行的稳定性,采用ANSYS软件对轴系进行有限元模态分析,提取轴系的前5阶固有频率和一阶振型,并与各阶临界转速的理论计算值进行对比分析。结果表明:轴处于轴承最低位置安装更具合理性,轴系各阶固有频率理论值与模拟值较接近,一阶临界转速极可能引起轴系共振,需对此转速进行阶跃控制,以保证系统运行的稳定性。By analyzing the mechanical structure of drive shafts for existing oil-film bearing, the installation steps of shafting assembly was introduced, the feasible assembly methods in assembly process was compared and studied quantitatively by combining the engineering practice. The finite element modal analysis of shafting was carried out by using ANSYS to assure the running stability of shafting. The first five-order natural frequency and one-order vibration model were extracted and compared with the theoretical values of each order critical speed. The results show that it is more reasonable to install the shaft in the lowest position of bearing, and the theoretical values of each order natural frequencies are closer to the simulation values. The first-order critical speed is likely to cause shafting resonance, the step control for this speed is essential to ensure the running stability of the entire system.
