摘 要:为了实现视情维修,提高重型车辆的可靠性和可维修性,对某重型车辆综合传动的润滑油进行长期光谱监测,根据离合器摩擦副的组成材料和光谱监测数据,构建相对极差模型来研究离合器磨损状态,并与磨损颗粒含量趋势分析法进行对比。结果表明,该模型采用元素含量比值这一参数进行评价设备的磨损状态,具有更高的准确性和稳定性,克服了换油或补油对监测数据的影响。In order to achieve the condition-based maintenance, and improve the reliability and maintainability of the heavy vehicles, a long-term spectral monitoring on the integrated transmission lubricants of a heavy-duty vehicle was made. According to the material composition of clutch friction pair and the spectrum monitoring data, a relative degree of range model was built to research the clutch wear state, and analysis result was compared with that of wear particle concentration trend analysis method. The results show that the relative degree of range model uses the specific value of wear elements to evaluate the wear state of equipment, which has higher accuracy and stability, and can overcome the impact of the oil change or complement oil on the monitoring data.
