摘 要:为提高页岩气水平井的固井质量,常在套管上安装扶正器。常规的滚轮扶正器对套管的居中度提高有限,旋流扶正器的旋流效果不好。根据页岩气水平井分段压裂的要求,并结合弹簧片、旋流及液力变径扶正器的优点,设计了一种新型扶正器。该扶正器下入过程中其外径与套管接箍外径相同,能有效减小下入摩阻。下入至设计井深时,弹簧片可伸出扩径,且可使注水泥时产生旋流顶替。试验结果表明:该扶正器的居中度可提高至97%,外径缩小30%。In order to improve centralizing degree and displacement degree,the conventional method is to install centralizers on casings in shale gas horizontal well.The centralizing degree of conventional stiffness whirl flow centralizer with balls is limited.And the whirl flow centralizing effect is bad.A new centralizer was designed,which connected the advantages of leaf spring centralizer and hydraulic centralizer and based on the requirement of segment fracturing of shale gas horizontal well.The external diameter of the centralizer is the same to coupling of casings,so it can reduce friction.And when it is on the design place,the leaf spring can stretch to improve the centralizing,then to improve the displacement degree.The experiment result of the new centralizer showed that the centralizing degree of centralizer will be improved to 97 %.The external diameter reduced for 30%.
