摘 要:在采用钻头振动波信号进行丛式井井眼防碰监测时,通过采集经由风险邻井套管传输到地面的井底钻头振动波信号,使用相关软件分析和处理,进而预测出在钻井钻头是否趋近于风险邻井套管。为了进一步确定振动波在套管中的衰减规律,在室内试验条件下,分析了不同管径和不同接头数目对振动波在模拟井筒中衰减的影响。通过试验发现:井筒的接头数目越多,振动波的衰减越大;管径对振动波衰减的影响与力锤激发的信号的特征、井筒本身的结构尺寸以及固有频率有关。In the method of monitoring drill bit vibration wave signal to prevent cluster wells collision,the vibration wave signal from bottom hole bit transmitted was acquired to the ground via well casing,and through the relevant software analyses those signal,then the drilling bit approaching the risk casing was forecast.In laboratory conditions,in order to determine the attenuation of vibration wave in the casing,pipe diameter and joint number effects on vibration wave attenuation in simulated wellbore were analyzed.Through this simulated experiment it is discovered that the effect of the simulated wellbore diameter on the vibration wave attenuation related to the hammer excitation signal characteristics,the simulated wellbore structure itself and inherent frequency;the vibration wave attenuation also increase with the increase of shaft joint in number.
