摘  要:冀东南堡滩海油田主要以大斜度井为主,存在位移长、斜度大、井眼轨迹复杂等特点,分层工艺管柱存在锚定不可靠,管柱同步解卡起出困难,甚至造成大修等问题。为此,研究了一种能防中途坐卡、液压坐卡、锚定可靠和上提管柱与封隔器管柱逐级解卡的锚定器。通过设计同步限位锚定结构,解决了卡瓦脱落造成大修以及多片卡瓦张开和回收不同步造成坐卡、锚定失败的现象;设计上提管柱与封隔器逐级解卡机构,解决了锚定器解卡困难、易造成大修等问题。介绍了该工具的结构、工作原理、结构设计和现场试验情况。现场应用35口井表明,最大井斜62.13°,最大水平位移2 510.72m,试验均取得了成功。Wells in Jidong Nanpu shallow sea oil field are dominated by highly deviated wells with characteristics of extended reach,highly deviated,complicated well track,etc.The anchorage of regulating separate stratum string is unreliably,the step by step unfreezing of string is difficult,even leading to overhaul.For these reasons,a new anchor was developed,which can prevent midway setting,hydraulic setting,anchoring reliable and step by step unfreezing structure for lift string and anchor.According to design of synchronous limit anchoring structure,problems of overhaul by slip off and setting of out-sync by multichip slip open and recycling,anchoring failure were solved.According to design of step by step unfreezing structure for lift string and anchor,hard problems of anchor solution and overhaul were solved.The structure,operating principle,design and filed trial of this tool are introduces.At present,this anchor is applied in 35 wells with biggest deviation of 62.13,and biggest horizontal displacement of 2510.72 m.All these field trial succeeded.
