实体膨胀管切割和打捞一体化管柱研制与应用

摘　　要：当补贴的套管失效后,需要打捞实体膨胀管,常用的管柱内捞工具和切割工具都存在问题。研制了膨胀管切割和打捞一体化管柱,以及水力式内割刀和可退式倒扣捞矛,用于膨胀管的切割和打捞,在遇卡时还可上击解卡,安全退出。现场应用5井次,打捞成功率100%,并缩短了施工周期。When subsidies of casing fail,it needs fishing expandable solid tubular.There are always problems existing in commonly used scoop tools and cutting tools.Expandable solid tubular cutting and fishing integration string as well as the hydraulic cutter and left land fishing spear of releasing are developed for the solid expandable tubular cutting and salvaging.When blocked in the well,the string can also release stuck and exit safely.It has been applicated in the field for 5 wells with the fishing success rate 100% and shorten the construction period.
