复合中草药成分的硅酮喷雾剂对增生性瘢痕疗效的研究

摘　　要：目的观察复合中草药成分的硅酮喷雾剂对增生性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法增生性瘢痕患者102例，将其随机分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用复合中草药成分的硅酮喷雾剂，对照组采用单纯硅酮喷雾剂。分别于治疗前，治疗后4、12周观察瘢痕增生及局部症状改善情况。结果治疗前两组问温哥华瘢痕量表总分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗12周后治疗组疼痛及瘙痒感明显改善。治疗后4周及12周，两组间温哥华瘢痕量表总分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论复合中草药成分的硅酮喷雾剂对瘢痕的增生具有良好的治疗作用。Objective To observe the curative effect silicone spray combined with Chinese medicinal herb on hyperplastic scar. Methods From march 2009 to march 2013, 102 cases of hyperplastie scar were selected and divided into two groups; The therapy group was treated with silicone spray combined with Chinese medicinal herb and the control group with silicone spray only. The local symptoms and scar hyperplasia were observed before and after the treatment at 4 and 12 weeks. Results The difference of total Vancouver scar score between two groups before the treatment had not statistically significant （ P〉 0.05 ）. The difference of total Vancouver scar score between two groups had statistically significant （ P〈 0.05 ） after the treatment at 4 and 12 weeks. Conclusion Silicone spray combined with Chinese medicinal herb is good choice for healing hyperplastic scar.
