摘 要:脓毒症是危害人类健康的重大难题,其发生率逐年增加。脓毒症易致多器官系统功能障碍,而后者正是危重症病人的主要死因。长期以来,谷氨酰胺(Gln)被大量用于预防和治疗脓毒症以及其他损伤所引起的多器官功能障碍。然而近来的研究却揭示,在脓毒症状态下,尤其在脓毒症早期,使用Gln疗效并不理想。以下就脓毒症状态下Gln的代谢机制进行综述。Sepsis has been becoming a major world-wide health problem for the continual increase of sepsis incidence as well as the high ratio of its induced deaths. The investigation on its protection and therapy is extremely important in both fundamental research and practical applications. Sepsis can result in the occurrence of multiple organ dysfunction syndromes (MODS) which is usually the main reason for the death in ICU. Previous studies found that a low-risk, low-cost therapeutic intervention, i. e. glutamine, might be an ideal intervention in the prevention and treatment of MODS induced by sepsis or other injuries. The pathway of glutamine metabolism in sepsis will be discussed in this review.
