摘  要:采用MMW-10型摩擦磨损试验机评价了分别填充铜粉、SiC、h-BN的PTFE基环氧粘结固体润滑涂层在载荷为128N、转速为170r·min-1、室温、干摩擦条件下的滑动摩擦磨损性能,并分析了其磨痕形貌和磨损机理。结果表明:与未加填料试样相比,SiC和h-BN填充试样的磨损量分别下降了60%和65.3%,铜填充试样的磨损量仅为4.2mg,为未加填料试样的29.2%;未加填料试样的磨损表面粗糙,且呈现出大量的带状结构,而填料试样的磨痕深度和宽度更小,且更光滑;填料改变了粘结涂层的磨损机理,使之由PTFE的粘着磨损转变为以填料的磨粒磨损为主、PTFE粘着磨损为辅的复合磨损,这种转变增强了涂层的承载能力以及涂层与基材表面之间的粘结强度,提高了涂层的耐磨性能。Effects of the fillers (Cu, SiC, and h-BN) on friction and wear properties of PTFE-based epoxy resin bonded solid lubricant coatings were studied by using an MMW-10 friction and wear tester under the conditions of dry friction condition, room temperature, load of 128 N and sliding speed of 170 r rain 1. The worn surface morphology and wear mechanism of the coatings were analyzed. The results show that, comparing with the unfilled sample, the wear mass loss of the sample filled with SiC, h-BN decreased by 60% and 65.3%, respectively. The wear mass loss of the sample filled with Cu was only 4. 2 rag, and it was 29.2%of the wear mass loss of the unfilled sample. The worn surface of the unfilled samples appeared rough, showing some obvious plucked marks. The worn surfaces of the filled samples were smoother than that of the unfilled sample, showing narrower and shallower wear depth and wear width. Fillers changed the wear mechanism of the coatings, resulting in the change of wear form from single adhesive wear of PTFE to primary abrasive wear of the fillers with some adhesive wear of PTFE. This change enhanced the load-bearing capacity of the coatings, strengthened the bond between coating and substrata, improved the wear-resistance of coatings.
