摘 要:在AZ61镁合金板的铸轧过程中引入电磁场和超声场的复合能场,研究了复合能场对其组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:施加复合能场能够有效细化AZ61镁合金板的晶粒和均匀组织,改善第二相在基础相上的分布,减小铸轧板力学性能的各向异性;与普通铸轧镁合金板相比,复合能场铸轧镁合金板的抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率和硬度均有大幅提高,分别为266.13MPa,167.67MPa,3.53%,79.84HV。Electromagnetic ultrasonic compound energy-field were introduced in the casting and rolling process of AZ61 magnesium alloy strip, and the effects of compound energy field on the microstructure and mechanical property of the alloy were studied. The results show compound energy field could refine grain and homogenize microstructure for AZ61 magnesium alloy strip, and improve the distribution of the second phase on the basis phase, effectively, decrease the mechanical anisotropy of roll-casted strip. Comparing with the ordinary roll- casted magnesium alloy strip, the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and hardness of the compouond energy field roll-casted magnesium alloy strip were increased obviously, and they were 266.13 MPa, 167.67 MPa, 3.53%, and 79.84 HV, respectively.
