摘  要:目的回顾输尿管息肉的CT影像资料,总结并探讨输尿管息肉的CT影像表现及特征,以提高对本病的认识及诊断水平。方法分析本院10例输尿管息肉患者的CT图像及其三维重组表现,观察总结输尿管息肉的临床及影像学特征。结果 10例患者均以肾盂积水为首发症状,输尿管息肉位于输尿管上段,CT轴位图像可见输尿管管腔内等密度软组织密度影,大小不等,形态不一,呈条形、指状、柱状或菊花样,分泌期图像可见充盈缺损影像,在高密度对比剂的对比下显示更清晰、直接。结论 MSCT能够明确输尿管息肉的部位、数目及强化特点,有助于和其他尿路梗阻性疾病相鉴别。Objective To summarize the CT findings of ureteral polyps in order to improve the understanding of the dis ease and its diagnostic accuracy. Methods CT and three dimensional reconstruction image of 10 cases with ureteral pol yps were analyzed retrospectively, the clinical and imaging characteristics of ureteral polyps were summerized. Results 10 patients presented hydronephrosis as the first symptom, ureteral polyps were found in the upper ureter, CT axial images detected the ureteral lumen density soft tissue density with different size and shape, such as bars, finger, columnar ordaisy like were seen, the filling defect images was more clear and direct compared to high density contrast agent on secretory phase. Conclusion The MSCT is able to clearly depict the site of ureteral polyps, number and enhanced features that will help to differentiate other urinary tract obstructive disease.
