摘 要:目的改进《中华人民共和国药典》2010年版一部中黄藤素的薄层鉴别方法。方法调整原薄层鉴别展开系统,并考察其影响因素、重复性、灵敏度等指标。结果确定以甲苯-异丙醇-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-浓氨试液(2.0∶1.5∶1.5∶1.5∶0.5为展开剂,黄藤素对应的斑点清晰、圆整,R f值适中,薄层板来源和温度等因素对结果无影响,且灵敏度高、重复性好。结论改进后的薄层鉴别方法可更好地控制黄藤素质量。Objective To improve the identification method for fibriuretinin in Chinese Pharmacopoeia, 2010. Methods The original thin-layer chromatography(TLC) expansion system of fibriuretinin was adjusted. The influencing factors, repeatabillty,sensitivity, etc. were studied. Results Alcohol-ethyl acetate-methanol-strong ammonia solution (2.0 : 1.5 : 1.5 : 1.5 : 0.5 )was obtained as a developing agent for identification, because the corresponding spots fihriuretinin were clear and round, Rr was moderate, sensitivity was high, and repeatability was good. At the same time, different sources of silica gel plate and different temperature had no influence on the results. Conclusion The improved identification method can the effectively used for the quality control of fibriuretinin.
