摘  要:【目的】探讨不同栽插密度及施肥量对京薯6号产量的影响,为该品种在广西的高产栽培提供依据。【方法】采用栽插密度与施肥量的L9(34)正交设计,4个试验因素分别为栽插密度(A)、施氮量(B)、施磷量(C)和施钾量(D),各因素均对应3个试验水平。测定小区鲜薯产量,对结果进行极差和方差分析,对比不同因素对产量的影响。【结果】在试验设计条件下,栽插密度因素对京薯6号产量影响最大,其次为施钾量和施氮量,施磷量的影响相对较小;其中,栽插密度和施钾量对京薯6号产量的影响达极显著水平(P<0.01),施氮量达显著水平(P<0.05)。【结论】在广西南宁地区种植京薯6号的适宜密度为6.00万株/ha,氮、磷、钾肥料的适宜用量分别为纯N 135 kg/ha、P2O545.0 kg/ha、K2O270 kg/ha。[Objective]The aim of this experiment was to explore effects of planting density and fertilizer rate on the yield of Jingshu No.6 and provide references for high yield cultivation in Guangxi. [Method]The L9(3a) orthogonal experi- ment was applied in this experiment with experimental factors of planting density (A), nitrogen application rate (B),phospho- rus application rate(C) and potassium application rate(D). All of the factors corresponded to three test levels. The fresh yield was measured to compare the effects of different factors on yield by analysis of range and variance. [Result]Under the con- dition of this experiment, the order of effects of planling density and fertilizer rate on the yield of Jingsbu No.6 was A〉D〉 B〉C. The effects of planting density and potassium application rate on yield reached significant level (P〈0.01) and the effects of nitrogen application rate on yield reached significant level ( P〈0.05 ). [Conclusion]For Jingshu No.6 planting in Nanning area of Guangxi,the suitable planting density was 6.00×104 plants/ha,and the proper fertilizer rate was N 135 kg/ha,P205 45.0 kg/ha and K2O 270 kg/ha.
