摘  要:石油中金属镍钒含量较高且不易脱除,对石油加工过程的影响显著。因此,石油中金属镍钒化合物的存在形态及脱除方法和机理,一直以来都是国内外的研究热点。本文将微波加热技术引入到石油脱金属过程中,利用Comsol进行数值模拟,设计了适合于石油脱金属的微波反应器。在此基础之上,研究了微波辐射条件下脱除委内瑞拉原油中镍钒的性能。结果表明,在一定的操作条件下,微波辐射相对于传统加热法的镍、钒金属脱除率分别提高了11.2%和30.6%,钒的最高脱除率能达到56.28%。Most crude oils contain traces of vanadium, which cause significant detrimental impact dur- ing catalytic conversion and combustion. Therefore, the characterization of nickel and vanadium compounds, their removal method and mechanism, have always been the research focus all around the world. Microwave heating technology was introduced in this research work, and the suitable microwave reactor for demetallization was designed using numerical 'simulation by the software of Comsol. Based on this work, the performances of nickel and vanadium removal of Venezuelan crude oil under microwave irradiation were investigated. The results indicate that, compared with the conventional heating method under certain operating conditions, the microwave radiation was useful to increase the metal removal rate byll. 2 % and 30.6 %, for nickel and vanadium respectively. The highest removal rate of vanadium was 56.28%.
