摘  要:废旧轮胎处置和资源化利用技术一直是环境保护的世界性难题。如何有效回收利用,防止对环境造成直接污染和二次污染,也是中国废物资源回收利用中迫切需要解决的重大课题。当前国内多数企业通过传统加热催化裂解,热裂解技术存在回收效率低下,产品质量差,造成二次污染严重,寻找创新性处理废旧橡胶替代技术,一直没有停止。当前加拿大已经成功将微波能应用到此废旧轮胎裂解过程并取得可喜的产业化成果,国内目前此项技术应用还处在跟踪阶段,本文主要介绍了加拿大微波废旧轮胎裂解技术应用过程。The waste tires disposal and resource utilization technology have been anworldwide environ- mental problems. How to recycle effectively, prevent environmental pollution caused by direct and indirect pollution, is the urgent major issue in China. Currently, the majority of domestic enterprises recovery waste tires with conventional heating pyrolysis technology, which is inefficient with poor product quality and serious pollution. From then, exploring the alternative way to recycle the waste tire technology is keeping on. Now Canada have successfully applied microwave energy to tire pyrolysis process and achieved gratifying results of the industrialization. It is worth exploring to solve microwave pyrolysis process tech- nology and equipment localization for the domestic enterprises as soon as possible. This paper introduces the technology briefly on microwave pyrolysis technique application from Environment Waste International (EWI) in Canada.
