摘  要:为了验证激光诱导击穿光谱技术对农产品重金属元素检测的可行性,以实验室经硫酸铜污染的赣南脐橙为研究对象,并以CuI 324.75 nm为分析谱线,用波长为1064 nm的Nd∶YAG激光器在实验室正常大气条件下,对脐橙样品做时间特性和能量特性影响的实验,通过信背比的计算比较,得到最佳延迟时间为1200 ns,最佳的激光能量为100 mJ,且相对标准偏差为10.32%。然后在这一实验参数下,对6个含不同Cu浓度的脐橙样品进行实验,建立Cu元素浓度与其特征光谱强度之间的定标曲线,线性拟合相关系数为0.96,通过定标曲线计算得到Cu的检测限为10.81μg/g。由此表明:应用激光诱导击穿光谱技术检测赣南脐橙中的重金属Cu是可行的,但检测限有待进一步降低。In order to validate the practicability in detecting Cu in Gannan navel orange by laser induced breakdown spectroscopy, Gannan navel orange polluted by CuSO4 was set as experimental subject, and CuI 324. 75nm was consid- ered as the spectral line of analysis in the experiment, and the experiment of time characteristic and energy character-istic effect was made on navel orange sample by Nd : YAG laser(1064nm) under the natural atmosphere in lab. The best delay time and laser pulse energy obtained from comparison of signal to background are 1.2μs and 100mJ respec-tively, and the relative standard deviation is 10. 32%. Then, experiments were made on six navel oranges in different concentration of Cu, and the linear regression coefficient of calibration curve established between concentration and spectral intensity of Cu is 0. 96. And the limit of detection calculated from calibration curve is 10. 81 μg/g. It is dem-onstrated that application Of laser induced breakdown spectroscopy in detecting heavy metal Cu of Gannan navel or-ange is feasible, but the limit of detection should be further reduced.
