摘　　要：按照GB 7258-2012、GB 20073-2006标准对摩托车性能要求进行了对比分析,找出了同时满足2个标准性能要求的最低限值。通过对现有制动试验台结构和测试过程进行受力分析,找出了现有制动试验台的缺陷,并提出解决办法,改进后的制动试验台的测试结果能满足标准对制动性能的要求,其试验结果和道路试验一致。This paper introduces a comparison analysis on the braking performance of motorcycles in accordance with the requirements in GB 7258 2012 and GB 20073 2006 standards. The threshold value meeting the requirements in two standards are got and the stress distribution analysis for the structure of existing test beds is also conducted and the solutions for the merits are also provided. The improved test bed can meet the requirements stipulated in the standards and test results are in agreement with those of road tests.
