摘 要:在此开发一种优良的空气源热泵自动控制系统。对空气源热泵原理和系统结构做了简要介绍。然后介绍了该设计的控制系统。该控制系统采用基于MSP430微控制器的数据采集与输出控制电路。温度探头采用PT100,水位探头采用带变送器的成品水位传感器。对水位与温度信号调理电路进行了设计计算。在IAR平台上进行软件开发与仿真。采用C语言编程。实现了良好的控制效果。现场使用两年来,性能稳定、可靠,节能效果良好。The purpose of the topic is to explore the auto control system of the air-source heat-pump. The principle and sys-tem structure of air-source heat-pump are introduced briefly. The control system designed in this paper is presented. The data ac-quisition and output control circuit based on microcontroller MSP430 is used in the control system. PT100 is used as the temper-ature probe,and the finished water level sensor with transmitter as the water level probe. The design calculation for the signal processing circuit of temperature and water level was done. The software development and simulation were performed in IAR plat-form. C language was used for programming. The system achieved the perfect control effect. The system performance has been steady and reliable since application of the system two years ago. The energy-saving effect of the system is good for sure.
