摘　　要：6β-乙酰氧基去甲茛菪烷(代号8310)是用于治疗青光眼。在 pH=10条件下,8310与Dansyl-Cl)生成具有荧光的 Dansyl-8310。Dansyl-8310和内标氢化吡啶经高压液相色谱法测定,其 Ai/As 峰面积之比与8310的含量(mi)10～50μg 范围内呈直线关系,可用于定量。The compound of Bao Gongteng A analogue,6β-acetoxy nortropane(8310), is used for the therapy for glaucoma.8310 reacts with 5-dimethyl-amino-naphthalene sul- fionyl chloride(Dansyl-Cl)to form Dansyl-8310 having fluorescence at pH 10.Dansyl-8310 and internal standard of hydropyridine were measured by HPLC.The relationship between the peak area ratio A_i/A_5 and concentration of 8310 is linear over the range of 10～50 μg/μl of 8310.
