摘 要:当电气化铁路牵引变电站与风电场的并网点电气距离较近时,牵引供电系统的电压易受到风电场输出功率波动的影响。研究了风电场输出功率变化对电铁二次侧电压造成的波动,分析了风速对风电场输出功率波动的影响,利用风电场并网模型研究了其引起电压波动的原因。利用仿真软件PSCAD搭建风电场和牵引负荷模型,构建区域电网进行仿真研究,验证风速变化造成输出变化时系统节点电压会发生波动。提出了一些提高风电场调压质量的措施。The voltage of traction power supply system is easy to be influenced by the output power fluctuation of wind farm if the electrical distance between the traction substation and the connection point of wind farm is close enough. The influence of output power fluctuation of wind farm on the second-side voltage of electric railway is studied. The influence of wind speed on the output power fluctuation of wind farm is studied, and the reason of voltage fluctuation is analyzed based on the connection model of wind farm. Models of wind farm, traction load and a regional power grid are built by PSCAD, which is used to verify whether the change of wind speed will lead to the change of output power and finally lead to the bus voltage fluctuation of the power grid. Measures to improve the voltage regulation quality of wind farm are proposed.
