摘  要:住宿餐饮业是我国旅游业的重要组成部分,薪酬水平低且增长速度缓慢的现状导致该行业人力资源供需失衡,进而阻碍整个旅游行业从业人员综合素质提高和整体服务质量提升,同时造成旅游行业的人才高流失率,不利于我国旅游业战略目标的实现。住宿餐饮业的普通员工、经营者和相关政府监管部门的劳动关系三方主体,要共同采取有效措施提高该行业整体薪酬水平,进而促进住宿餐饮行业的健康、快速和持续发展。Lodging and catering industry is an important part of tourism. However, the low salary and slow pay raise lead to serious imbalance of human resources supply, which prevents the rise of overall service quality and the improvement of quality of tourism employees. Meanwhile, it results in the great drainage of tourism talents, which goes against the realization of strategic positioning in tourism. The lodging and catering employees, managers and relevant government departments should work together to take effective measures to improve the overall income level of the general staff in order to boost the sound, fast and sustainable development of lodging and catering industry.
