摘 要:研制了一种以聚丁酸丁二醇酯(PBS)为骨料的可生物降解改性填料作为反硝化碳源和生物膜载体的移动床生物膜反应器,对封闭循环养殖系统中污染物质进行去除试验。结果表明:可生物降解改性填料的挂膜时间为15 d,是普通填料的一半。在水力停留时间2 h下,可生物降解改性填料和普通填料对COD的去除率分别为95.45%和83.65%;对NH4+-N的去除率分别为85.23%和68.34%。水力停留时间对改性填料移动床生物膜反应器去除污染物具有较大影响,并且其去除率随水力停留时间的缩短而下降。可生物降解改性填料在移动床生物膜反应器系统中实现了同步硝化反硝化脱氮。The modified biodegradable biofilm carrier prepared by the polybutylene succinate was investigated as the simultaneous solid carbon source and the biofilm carrier for the treatment of aquaculture wastewater. The experimental results indicated that :the modified biodegradable biofilm carrier only took about 15 days to start up the reactor, was half of the conventional biofilm carrier. The residence time in the water 2 h, the modified biodegradable biofilm carrier and the conventional biofilm carrier on the removal efficiency of COD were 95.45% and 83.65% ; the removal efficiency of NHg+-N were 85.23% and 68.34%. Hydraulic retention time(HRT) played an important role on the removal efficiency, and it decreased as the shorten of the HRT.
