摘 要:使用高分辨率扫描仪获取道面混凝土截面照片,基于AutoCAD绘图技术标绘微气孔,并导出气孔二维数据,然后编程计算孔结构参数。实验表明,与导线法相比,此方法表征气泡孔径时更接近真实情况,且得出的气泡间距与导线法气泡间距系数有良好的相关性。基于抽样检测的思路,设计了简化方法,减少了绘制工作量。简化结果显示,孔径、气泡间距、硬化混凝土含气量的精度都大于95%,且抽样样本方差亦可表征抗冻性能的优良。Based on AutoCAD drawing technique, micro-pores were plotted manually on the picture of pavement concrete cross section got by high-resolution scanners. Using the exported 2-D data, pore structure parameters were calculated. The results show that using the CAD method mentioned above to characterize the pore diameter is closer to the real situation comparing with the traverse method. The pore spacing got by the CAD methods and the pore spacing coeffi- cient got by the traverse method have positive linear correlation. Based on sampling detection, the characterization method is simplified, which can reduce the workload. The simple results show that the precision of pore size, pore spacing, air content of hardening concrete is over 95%, and the variance of the sample can also characterize anti-freeze performance.
