摘 要:氯醇法工艺生产环氧丙烷产生的固体废弃物环氧丙烷渣对环境污染非常大,试验针对环氧丙烷渣综合利用展开研究。通过环氧丙烷渣中的Ca(OH)2与粉煤灰在(180℃,8h)饱和蒸汽条件下水热合成,制备出以水化硅酸钙托贝莫来石为主要水化相的陶粒。在水灰比一定的情况下,以环氧丙烷渣陶粒为粗集料,配制了不同陶粒的混凝土。通过正交实验法,研究了水热合成环氧丙烷渣陶粒组成对混凝土抗压强度的影响规律。试验结果表明,环氧丙烷渣陶粒的石英砂含量、钙硅比、壳层厚度是影响混凝土抗压强度的显著因素。The propylene oxide sludge produced during the producing of epoxy propane using the emulsifeation process is harmful to the environment, so the comprehensive utilization of the propylene oxide sludge is studied. Ca (OH) 2 from the propylene oxide slag and fly ash (180~C, 8 h) were synthesized in conditions of saturated steam, then, the ceramsite with hydrated calcium silicate toberrnorite as main hydration phase was prepared. Different ceramsite concretes were prepared with the same water cement ratio and using the propylene oxide slag as coarse aggregate. The influence law of the component of propylene oxide slag ceramsite by hydrothermal synthesis on compressive strength of the concrete is studied by orthogonal test. The test results show that the quartz sand content, calcium-silicon ratio and shell thickness of the epoxy propane slag ceramsite are the key influencing factors on the compressive strength of concrete.
