摘　　要：介绍了特黑增深TF-412的应用性能．TF-412是聚丙烯酸酯类聚合物，能够在织物表面成膜，起到增深作用，尤其适用于黑色涤纶及其混纺织物，对纯棉、锦纶织物也有一定的增深作用．设计单因素试验优化TF-412的应用工艺，当TF-412用量35g／L，焙烘温度150～160℃时，增深率可达40％～50％．整理后织物偏青光，对干、湿摩擦牢度影响较小，不影响耐皂洗色牢度，手感好，并且具有优异的环境耐受性．The application properties of special black deeping agent TF-412 were introduced. TF-412 is a polyacrylate polymer which can form film on the surface of fabric and play deepening effect. It is specially for the black polyster and its blend fabric, and also applicable to cotton and nylon fabric. Single factor tests were designed to optimize technological parameters for application of TF-412. The deepening rate could reach 40% -50% with 35 g/L of TF-412 under 150-160 ~C of curing temperature. The treated fabric had a little green light, less influence on the dry and wet rubbing fastness, no influence on the color fastness to washing, good handle and excellent tolerance to environment.
