摘　　要：介绍了目前丙烯酸酯系列粘合剂的缺点,阐述了如何根据"粒子设计"理论设计满足涂料印花要求的核壳型丙烯酸酯系列粘合剂。综述了单体选择、核壳乳液聚合原理、核壳乳液聚合工艺及表征,展望了核壳型丙烯酸酯类粘合剂的发展趋势。Defects of acrylate series adhesive were introduced, and methods to design core-shell acrylate series adhesive that suitable for pigment printing according to ＂particle design＂ theory were discussed. Monomer choosing, core-shell emulsion polymerization principle, core-shell emulsion polymerization process and characteristic were reviewed, and development tendency of core-shell acrylate series adhesive was prospected.
