摘　　要：通过对火力突击车电源电路、起动电路、照明和信号电路的设计,重点叙述该车电气原理图、线束图、布置图的设计方法和设计思路;介绍火力突击车线束的制作流程和电气设备、控制器件、电路保护装置的安装方法,以及安装完后的实际检验过程和方法。Based on the design of power, starting, lighting and signal circuits for fire assault vehicle, the author elaborates the design method and thought of the diagrams of its circuit, harness and layout; also introduces the manufacturing flow of harness and installation of its electrical appliances, control devices and circuit protection device as well as the inspection procedure and method after installation.
