高效液相色谱法测定消瘿丸中橙皮苷的含量

摘　　要：目的 建立消瘿丸中橙皮苷的含量测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定.色谱柱：Agilent TC-C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,流动相：甲醇-0.1%醋酸水溶液（35：65）,检测波长：283nm;流速：1.0ml/min.结果 线性关系良好,r=0.9999,回归方程为Y=41.464X-0.0291,线性范围为0.30～1.50μg,平均加样回收率为98.5%,RSD=2.2（n=6）.结论本法简便、准确,重现性好,为消瘿丸的质量控制和评价提供了依据.Objective To establish the method for determining the content of Hesperi-din in Xiaoying Pills by HPLC. Methods Agilent TC- C 18 Column was used with methanol -0. 1% acetic acid （35：65 ）as the mobile phase. The detection wave-length was at 283 nm. and flow rate was 1.0ml/min. Results The calibration curve was linear at the range of 0.30 - 1. 50μg for Hesperidin and regression equation was Y = 41. 464X - 0. 0291 ,r = 0. 9999. The average recovery was 98.5% and RSD was 2.2% （ n = 6）. Conclusion This method was simple, accurate and proper with good reproducibility. It could be used for quality control of Xiaoying Pills.
