Clinical Observation on Treating Functional Dyspepsia in Spleen-deficiency and Qi-stagnation Syndrome with Jianpi Yiqi Powder

摘　　要：目的自拟补脾益胃散治疗脾虚气滞型FD的临床疗效。方法 104例采用随机、对照的试验设计方法,治疗组52例,以服用自拟补脾益胃散治疗;对照组52例,以服用枳术颗粒治疗。结果补脾益胃散对改善脾虚气滞型FD患者的胃排空功能具有较好疗效,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但与枳术颗粒临床疗效的比较无统计学意义,二者无差别,两组临床研究过程中均无不良反应。结论自拟补脾益胃散对改善脾虚气滞型FD患者胃排空功能、改善临床症状疗效显著,无不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Yiqi powder＇ s treatment on functional dyspepsia in spleen-deficiency and qi- stagnation syndrome. Methods A randomized controlled trial was applied on 128 patients with functional dyspepsia in spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation syndrome. The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Yiqi powder, while the control group treated with Zhizhu Granule. Results Jianpi Yiqi powder was efficient on gastric emptying in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation syndrome, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. But the difference between trial group and control group was not significant and none drug-related side effect was observed in two groups. Conclusion Jianpi Yiqi powder was effective on gastric emptying and relieving clinical symptoms in the treatment of Functional Dyspepsia in spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation syndrome with no side-effect.
