摘　　要：随着北京作为世界城市和"人文北京、科技北京、绿色北京"发展定位的确立,首都家禽产业的发展也进入了一个新的发展阶段,既面临着新的发展机遇,也面对很多挑战。在对北京市禽业本身具有的优势和劣势,及其面临的外部机会和挑战进行系统识别的基础上,本文全面分析了北京市发展都市型现代禽业的SWOT组合战略。提出未来首都都市禽业的发展,既要重视SO战略和WO战略,也不能忽视ST战略和WT战略。Along with the setting of the orientation of Beijing to a world city and ＂environment-friendly Beijing,culture-enriched Beijing and technology-empowered Beijing＂,the poultry industry in Beijing has stepped into a new era,being faced with both new opportunities and challenges.This paper analyzed a combination of SWOT strategies on the basis of a systematic identification of the strength,weakness,opportunity and threat faced by the poultry industry in Beijing.Strategies were proposed to promote the development of the poultry industry in Beijing.The paper indicated that the WO strategy and SO strategy should be valued while the ST strategy and WT strategy should not be ignored.
