观光采摘园经营存在的问题及发展对策探讨——以北京昌平十三陵地区为例

摘　　要：观光采摘园是近年来随着城市化进程的加快,人们生活水平的提高以及环境意识的增强而逐渐出现的集旅游、观光、采摘、休闲度假于一体,经济效益、生态效益和社会效益相结合的综合性产物。以十三陵地区为例,采用文献法、实地调研法、问卷调查法,调查、分析并得出昌平地区观光采摘园在经营管理方面存在的问题如采摘园盲目开发建设、产业规模小、品种单一,旅游基础配套设施不健全等,并进一步提出解决问题的办法和开发思路。Along with the development of urbanization,enhancement of people＇s living standard and increase in the environmental awareness,sightseeing and picking garden appears,which is integration of economic,ecological and social benefits,showing multiple function including tourism,sightseeing,picking,and leisure resort in this paper,based on the study of Shisanling town in Changping district,through literature study,field visits,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the result indicated the problems in the management of sightseeing and picking garden,including blind exploitation and construction,small industrial scale,few category,and imperfect tourism infrastructure and supporting facilities then the solution and exploration idea were also proposed.
