摘　　要：抚州某铀矿采用酸法渗滤浸出工艺,由于矿石含有较高的钙、铁、铝,故酸耗控制对于矿堆的正常运行尤显重要,否则极易出现矿堆的板结现象。为此,提出了绘制渗滤浸出过程酸耗标准曲线的做法,并成功应用于生产实践。该方法对有效防止矿堆板结、保证浸出率和渗浸过程正常运行起着重要的作用。Uranium was extracted from ores by using acid percolation leaching process in a uranium mine of Fuzhou. Because of high calcium, iron and aluminum content in the ores, controlling acid consumption is particularly important for the normal operation of ore heap. Otherwise, some problems such as formed harden matrix, poor permeability occur in ore heap. So, a method of drawing the standard curve of acid consumption in the process of percolation leaching was presented, and the method was applied successfully in the production. The method is effective in preventing ore heap compaction and ensuring the normal operation of ore heap.
