摘 要:以某铀尾矿库为研究对象,假设并描述了其溃坝的事故景象,分析溃坝后放射性源项,应用大气预测模式对周围公众受照剂量进行定量预测,绘制区域公众剂量等值线图,统计不同受照剂量值对应的区域范围,提出一套系统的尾矿库溃坝公众剂量计算方法,对今后铀尾矿库溃坝事故环境影响后评估和事故发生后应急预案的实施具有一定的指导意义。A uranium tailing pond was taken as the research project for this study. The scene of dam failure was described and the radioactive source caused by the dam failure was analyzed. The public dose after dam failure was predicted quantitatively by using atmospheric dispersion model. And then, a contour map of area public dose was drawn to calculate different dose value's corresponding area, and a set of systematic public dose calculating method for dam failure was put forward. The research find- ings can be used to guide the environment impact post evaluation and emergency plan's implementation after dam failure.
