摘 要:针对神华宁夏煤业集团近年来发展及调度管理需求,综合运用数据字典、云计算、物联网等技术对原有安全监测远程联网系统进行创新设计,构建了新型煤矿远程安全监测监管一体化平台。该平台实现了集团公司对下辖矿井安全监测信息、瓦斯抽放数据、洗煤厂环境监测数据的实时在线监测,环境参数异常分析,安全预测预报,日常运维监管与决策支持分析等功能,有效解决了基层单位分散、管理层级多、系统异构带来的集中监管难度大的问题,实现了企业体制创新、技术创新和管理创新。In view of development and scheduling management needs of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group in recent years, original safety monitoring and remote networking system was innovatively designed by integrated use of data dictionary, cloud computing, networking and other technologies, a new type of remote monitoring supervision integrated platform of coal mine safety was built to achieve functions of real-time online monitoring of mine safety monitoring information, gas drainage data, and environmental monitoring data of coal washery, environmental parameters anomaly analysis, safety forecasting, daily operation and maintenance supervision and decision support analysis by group to coal mines in the group. The integrated platform can effectively solve centralized supervision problem caused by grass-roots units dispersed, too many layers of management and system heterogeneous, achieves enterprise system innovation, technological innovation and management innovation.
