摘　　要：文章以《理论力学》武清玺,冯奇版第十一章动量矩定理例11-7为基础,杂糅动量矩定理,达朗贝尔原理与动能定理,在原题基础上做了大胆改进与创新,希望对于理论力学的教学与学习工作能有所裨益有所启迪。In according with the chapter 1 lof momentum theorem,and example of 11-7, combining momentum theorem and Alembert principle and kinetic energy theorem ,the article improved and innovated greatly from the original question , in order to provide help for the teaching and learning of theoretical mechanics.
