摘 要:根据国际植物新品种保护公约和我国《植物新品种保护条例》的规定,通过对中国现有澳洲金合欢亚属植物11个种的实地调查及相关文献分析整理,筛选出25个性状用于该属新品种测试性状,其中,质量性状(QL)10个、数量性状(QN)4个、假质量性状(PQ)11个。确定了17个必测性状,其中分组性状有3个:花序类型、叶状柄结构的有无、果实种子之间缢缩。探讨了金合欢属测试指南研制时测试性状的选择以及测试范围,分析了我国金合欢属新品种测试指南研制中存在的问题及未来的发展趋势。According to International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants and the provisions of the regulations on protection of new plant varieties in China, the field investigation and literature review were conducted for 11 species of Acacia in China, and 25 testing characteristics including 10 qualitative, 4 quantitative and 11 pseudo-qualitative character- istics were chosen for DUS test. Among those characteristics, 17 testing characteristics were asterisked. Inflorescence type, presence of phyllode and constriction between seeds were grouping characteristics. Selection of example varieties and determination of testing species scope characteristics were discussed, and the existing problems and an outlook of tests for DUS of new varieties of Acacia Subg. Phyllodineae were analyzed.
