摘  要:利用漆酶和漆酶/紫脲酸对杨木BCTMP中溶出的DCS进行控制。结果表明:与对照样相比,漆酶处理使得DCS的阳电荷需求量和平均粒径下降,浊度和木素质量浓度增加;漆酶/紫脲酸处理后,DCS的阳电荷需求量、浊度和木素质量浓度下降,平均粒径进一步降低。GC-MS分析表明,漆酶和漆酶/紫脲酸处理后,由于木素大分子的降解,木素衍生物质量浓度增加,总脂肪酸质量浓度分别下降18%和33%,甘油酯和甾醇酯得到全部降解。An experiment was conducted to investigate the biological treatment of dissolved and colloidal substances (DCS) pres- ent in aspen bleached chemithermomechanical pulp with laccase and laccase/violuric acid. The cationic demand and the average particle size of DCS were decreased after laccase treatment, but the turbidity and the content of lignin were in- creased. The cationic demand, the turbidity and the content of lignin were decreased by laccase/violuric acid treatment compared with controlled samples. The average particle size was further decreased due to laccase/violuric acid treatment. Gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrum analysis indicated that the amount of lignin derivatives was increased be- cause of the greatly degradation of lignin macromolecule after treatment with laccase and laccase/violmic acid. Laccase and laccase/violuric treatments led to the decrease of the total amount of fatty acids by 18% and 33% , respectively. The glyc- eride and the steryl ester were degraded completely.
