摘 要:基于灵敏度分析理论和随机潮流计算方法,提出了一种适用于含风电电网规划的静态安全快速分析的概率方法。该方法综合考虑了风电场出力随机性、常规机组强迫停运、负荷预测不确定性等因素,运用灵敏度分析法对电网进行断线模拟,通过考虑电网结构变化的随机潮流计算进行概率分析。在计算灵敏度矩阵时考虑了网络结构变化的影响,提高了该方法的计算精度。运用半不变量和Gram-Charlier级数的相关理论避免了复杂的卷积计算,加快了该方法的计算速度。同时,运用故障排序技术避免对所有线路进行开断校验,减少了工作量。对含风电的IEEE 14节点系统进行了静态安全分析,验证了所述方法的有效性。Based on the sensitivity analysis and probabilistic load flow calculation, a probabilistic method of fast static security analysis is presented for the planning of power system containing wind power. The randomness of wind farm output, the unscheduled unit outages and the fluctuation of load forecast are taken into account in this method. The sensitivity analysis is used to simulate the branch outages, and the probabilistic load flow calculation considering the changes of grid infrastructure is applied to realize the probability analysis. The accuracy of this method is improved hy using the sensitivity matrix that considering the changes of grid infrastructure. In order to accelerate the calculation, the theories about semi invariant and Gram-Charlier series expansion are applied to avoid the complex convolution calculation. Simultaneously, the technology of contingency sequencing is adopted to avoid analyzing the outages of each branch, which reduces the calculation amount. The simulation results obtained for the IEEE 14-bus test system containing wind farms demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
